RENTAL: Charges apply on the same day of pick-up, if the equipment is received before 7pm. Same Day Rental Charges do not apply if equipment is picked-up after 7 pm. SIGNING: Person or persons receiving the RENTAL equipment must have signing authority and/or if it is not the person booking or paying for the Rental/Equipment, they will need signing authority in writing. Two pieces of ID with proof of credit card. PHOTO: A (“Celebrity”) photo will be taken of myself and/or my representative "USERS" with my rentals at the vehicle of transporting the equipment. DELIVERIES: I will be required To pay for EACH direction of DELIVERY (Delivery to customer, and Delivery back to storage facility) See Delivery Service PAGE. RENTAL AGREEMENT: If a rental agreement is emailed prior, I will be required to print off and complete and resend a legible completed copy OR A staff member will supply the agreement to complete on location, at time of receiving rentals. ACCEPTING RENTALS: Before accepting any rental equipment from Born To Ride Bicycle, I will test the equipment ensuring I am satisfied. Each bicycle will be ridden to ensure it rides and operates to my standards, braking and shifting gears, is safe to use and that I understanding how to operate my rental equipment. RESERVATION/SECURING RENTALS: I will be required to PAY for ALL Rental durations, Damages and/or Cleaning fees, Delivery/Pick-up Fees, and additional fees such as damages greater than any deposit amount. CANCELLATIONS

There is no SAME DAY REFUNDS FOR CANCELLATIONS. cancellations must be made by calling our reservations line at  1-855-795-4482 by 48 Hours on the day prior to your rental or guided tour.   NO EXCEPTIONS. If you cancel after this time, or fail to cancel, your Credit Card will be charged the full amount of the booked activity.

Please note:  group cancellations must abide by your contract agreement.
